[Imc-web] General Membership Meeting

Does anyone want to post something to the IMC site about the GMM?  I just
added it to the calendar and I am happy to put a quick blurb on the website,
but I am not entirely sure what happens at a GMM.  WOuld someone who knows
more like to do this?
