[Imc-web] Reminder on Editing Etiquette/Policy

Thanks, Mike.
The request to remove contact info came from the email address that was
posted, so that was more straightforward.  However, I was not aware of that
history.  Thanks for raising these points - I'll be sure to communicate my
edits to the group.
