[Imc-web] Issue with Captcha System

The current captcha system is causing some problems for at least one 
user. After some experimentation, I found that posters encounter a 
message telling them that they incorrectly totaled the math problem, 
even when they are just posting an initial article. This probably 
accounts for the two stray comments to this article, which were just the 
answer to the captcha presented:

I hid these extraneous posts.

Don't know what the issue is, but perhaps some more fiddling with the 
settings in Drupal will help.
