[Imc-web] features

I read both and decided neither had enough context to merit feature status.

If you want to give the reader some context - with links to other articles
on the case - for the Schenck letter - I will feature it.
Local Yocal's definitely does not provide enough context - and seems to be a
informal ramble/rant that would be confusing for the readers.
