[Imc-web] time and date list

Brian,
You can do this by going into the "edit" tab of the story above it, 
seeing what time and date that was posted, then going into "edit" with 
the SPEAK story, then the "Authoring Information" and changing it so 
that it shows this story as being posted some time after the current top 
story. Then it should be the top one.

I'll leave this to you, but let us know if you get stuck.
