[Imc-web] A Vision

On the bright side, I think I have after banging my head on the problem 
for many hours managed to fix the image displaying on the IMC page. New 
images uploaded should hopefully display correctly. I'll tackle further 
article formatting issues next (switching to automatic "Paste From Word" 
cleanup didn't seem to do it) and CiviCRM integration, then give IE6 
formatting and theme redesign a shot.
