I hid two identical comments this morning. They were simply personal 
attacks on Brian.

As part of an all too frequent pattern, Brian's stories attract critics 
with little interest in the story itself. I've been rather patient with 
them, but it's time to put comments on topic at this point. Given that 
they had next to nothing to do with the article topic, i.e. it's not an 
article about Brian, they are off topic.
