[Imc-web] imc-archived defamatory slander and false criminal allegations

Just so we're all on the same page, if this is what is Joe's concern, 
this is NOT anything to do with the IMC. It's AWARE's e-mail list that 
it's on, which the IMC doesn't have any control over, so Joe will have 
to take this up with AWARE. But I really don't see much there, because...

That said, I don't see Ricky doing anything but apparently answering a 
concern brought up by someone in AWARE by noting that whatever the 
accusations against Joe, that that is all they amount to, accusations. 
Ricky is simply noting that the BATF may be making such accusations, but 
has yet to prove them. If I recall correctly, the BATF never did prove 
those accusations, thus proving Ricky correct in his assessment that 
those accusations were unproven and might not hold up in court.

I believe Ricky is likewise correct in distancing himself from any 
speculation by the Freepers on Joe or much of anything else. That is my 
reading of this particular email. If there are others or if Joe has 
something else I've missed here, please advise.
