[Imc-web] spam

Given that the asshole who is spamming us has upped the usual "deposit" 
from two spams to four at a time this afternoon, I have decided to 
implement another tactic we have used in the past to deal with such 
irritations. These will now be deleted in their entirety. Please do not 
delete if you are uncertain about them being spam.
