[Imc-web] Scientology post

There's more to this than at first appears. Since early August, we've
been getting posts by Scientologists, usually touting their thinly
disguised "anti-drug" propaganda. Since such postings include links that
are considered to be ad links, they've been treated as spam and hidden.
In the process, there has been an occasional anti-Scientology post in
reaction. Given the tendency of the Scientologists to harass their
critics, probably best to let sleeping dogs lie, IMO. I'd really prefer
not to encourage a major clash between wackos and those foolish enough
to be taken in by them.
The antis have not violated our policies, unlike the spam solicitations
(apparently) from the Scientologists. If someone wants to clarify the
source of the current anti-Sci in a comment, that's no problem.
