I made my usually feeble attempt to clean up the code, but still think 
it rates a sticky until things wind down in Pittsburgh.

We've done these in some form for most of the last 9 years under similar 
circumstances. IIRC, a sticky won't endlessly propagate this through 
USA, Global, etc. to their News Feeds.

Not sure if we're still recruiting, but feel free to unsticky the G20 
stuff when things settle if the recruiting efforts is still underway and 
it should be on top. I don't want interfere with that work, but 
circumstances seem to warrant some above the fold coverage on G20.
