[Imc-web] spam

Not much that can be done about that. I hide it as soon as I find it. 
Having more eyes on the site to do that helps. In the past, such abuse 
ends up being discouraged by quickly hiding it. Always hard to tell if 
it's automated and how effective doing that is, but eventually the 
abusers move on.
