[Imc-web] can I add an audio file to Brian Dolinar's story about "Lynching Then, Lynching Now"?

Hi Stuart,

There isn't a really direct way to do it, not because we don't support
file attachments, but because there isn't native support for attaching
files to comments, which is what the story you're linking to looks like.
You would essentially have to upload the file elsewhere, either at a
different site or attached to a full story on ucimc.org, and then link
to it. I will look at how feasible it is to enable comment uploads for
ucimc.org.
