If you are signed in to your account at UC IMC and there are hidden 
comments, they should be visible. If not, then they're not there.

We do delete entirely some comments, which are almost always posts with 
clear commercial content, i.e. spam. On occasion, we do delete other 
comments for various reasons that violate editorial policy.

Among these can be cases when comments are being made where the poster 
appears to realize that the comment will be hidden and is really posting 
for no other reason than create an archive of policy-violating posts at 
UC IMC. It would be more appropriate that they create their own website 
in such cases, than to create a hidden, shadow-website by the abuse of 
our resources.
