[Imc-web] It's alive! It's alive! The Web group is alive!

Thanks Austin for this report.  I want to support the initiative however I
can. I like the idea of a work session where collaborative work is getting
done.

Some things I know should be in the mix from Tech's perspective that should
inform theming and development:

- We are currently using Drupal 6.20
- Three areas where I would see work proceeding- 1) New Theme 2) Reorganized
content 3) New features.
Kristina has already done some work in these areas.

- I would like to suggest that I set up a test instance of the current
website and provide access to appropriate folks. This will give us a sandbox
to build in- importing the work Kristina has done already, and allowing us
to build on site features that are working ok now.

Thoughts?
