[Imc-web] Fixing donate - small request to do it or enable me to do it

Danielle & other web/tech folks:

After much past trial & error, last night and this morning I successfully
got the ucimc.org site cloned onto dreamhost. The menu items we talked
about should be in place, please check, and I created a new "donate" page
that can be edited.

If you have any issues logging into the site please let me know. One thing
you'll note is that the horizontal admin menu that used to be along the top
of the browser is now replaced with an icon and slide out menu in the upper
left corner. Administration functions are now placed in that menu. Click
the wrench icon to access it. If you didn't have administrator access
before, you won't see this menu.

The calendar displays items, but adding events is still broken- need to
work some more on that today. But for the most part, the site should work
as it did before and I encourage any editors to confirm functionality that
you used before and report back.

Also, CiviCRM is not connected to the new version of the site, so functions
and links you might have used before are not there. I'll be setting up Civi
or another CRM on a new membership site.
