[Imcfest-volunteers] Stage redesign...

Dan,

I'll be there at 1:00, to set up and prepare for the birthday party in the
main space, which begins at 2:00pm.  I might not be of much help to you, as
I will be sidetracked, but I do intend to assist with the stage moving and
redesign.  By the way, will the meeting to discuss the stage interfere with
the party?
