Hey all,

You are receiving this email because you are awesome and have committed
to perform or are the contact person for performers at this year’s
IMCfest taking place Nov. 9th-11th. Please forward this onto the
appropriate person if you are their contact person.

The first purpose of this email is to make sure everyone is aware of the
schedule. Some of you were approached to perform by someone other than
myself and may not have been told the exact time or day of your
performance. Please review the schedule below, and let me know if you
are not able to perform at that time ASAP.

The schedule is set up for 45 minute performances. You must be at the
venue to check in with the stage manager at least 2 hours (2 slots)
ahead of time and be at the venue setting up at least 30 minutes before
your slot. We will have a staging area behind the stage for the next 2
bands to setup in. We will also have a stage crew of 3 including a stage
manager to help setup every performance and answer any questions prior
to the performance. Unless requested beforehand, sound checks will
happen before each performance.

All that said, although we are going to do our absolute best to keep
things running smoothly and on time... there are 36 of you, which means
delays and issues may arise. We are not going to bite your head off when
they do come up as long as you don't bite ours off as well.

We will also have a green room with nonalcoholic drinks, water, and
various types of food available to performers. Also note, the event will
be catered providing food and both alcoholic (after 7pm) and
nonalcoholic drinks.

The second purpose of this email is to make sure everyone is aware of
the stage equipment the U-C IMC is going to be providing. Below the
schedule is an overview of our sound system and stage equipment. Please
review the below technical info, and let me know if you have any special
needs ASAP.

We have also just ordered 5000 4x6" flyer's. These will laid out all
over town. If you would like a bunch to hand out yourself contact us
and we can get them to you.

Lastly, we will be making a guest list. This will be 1 person for every
1 person performing (4 in your band; you get 4 people on the list).
Please email me this list prior to the event :). If this is not
sufficient for you, contact us and hopefully we can work something out.

Again, we want to thank you all for helping make this what will surely
be a great event for a great cause but also a rocking party. Please
contact us ASAP if you have any questions or concerns about the event.

Thanks,
--
