[Imcfest-volunteers] Training/Kicking it at the IMC in about an hour...

Hey all,

I will be kicking at the IMC in about an hour or so for a while.  My
goals are to:
* Hang banners
* Take down the evil rails that keep people from enjoying the outside steps
* Train anyone who shows up on sound
* Start cleaning up areas for band gear
* One overing the stage
* Making sure bathrooms are good
* Touching base with Nicole, Stephen, and sending you all an updated
volunteer status.

Let me know if I missing anything major or if you have any questions :)
