[Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh gloated this past week over the
Hawkish tone which has seized public as well as congressional opinion of
late, saying, "Where have all the Peaceniks gone?" Associated Poets found
this answer in the annals of Folk Music History:]

[Feel free to add a verse. That's what folk music's for]

Where have all the Peaceniks gone?
Long time passing
"Where have all the Peaceniks gone?"
Rush wants to know.
Where have all the Peaceniks gone?
They've turned to pundits, every one

When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?

And what about those refugees?
Short time passing?
That miles-long line of refugees,
Just overnight?
And what of all those refugees?
They're stranded in some no-mans-land

When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?

And where have the Apache gone?
Long time passing?
Where have the Apache gone?
Long time ago
Where have the Apache gone?
They've turned to missiles, every one.

When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?

And where have all the missiles gone?
Two weeks passing
Where've all those high-tech missiles gone
In old Kosovo?
Where have all the missiles gone?
They've hit civilians, every one

When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
