[Newspoetry] HELP!!!!!!!!

Hi everybody!  Does anybody out there either 1. need a place to live next year, or 2.know anybody who needs a place to
live next year?  Requirements are that this person needs to agree to 1. sign a lease and make a 1-year commitment, 2.
do their own dishes, 3. not smoke in the house and, 4. not be allergic to cats.
