humanity,
you have the right to
remain silent, but your
structure

them damn sequences
so friggin long

can and will be used
against you
by their owners

we will clearcut
your old-growth
proteins
for plantations

will you
relinquish work
to designer
workers

a la huxley
perpetually entertained
by personalized half-human
actors
oblivious unquestioning

secured by custom
soldiers
immune to
PTSD, mercy

maybe we'll finally have
an edge over the
ants
