	False Statement Newspoem
	[or, "No. Sign *THIS!*"]

Our position was that,
in a functioning community,
with sustainable technology
and adequate planning,
it would only take a few hours
per week per person
to manufacture or cultivate
everything everyone needs.

Once we succeeded,
everyone was left with
about a hundred waking hours
in that same week,
absolutely free
for imagining what we would desire,
designing what we imagined,
learning the world,
conversing and deciding,
and being with friends--
(Not necessarily in that order,
but in whatever order we preferred.)

That is what we call desirable.
