Federal judge Peter Parker admonished
United States attorney Emmet Kelly
(sad clown of New Mexico)
for  applying  unnecessary legal pressure
to keep an undangerous man
locked in a cell with lights
on all through the night;
not enough exercise, not enough
food; no one says torture
no one says human rights.
