[Newspoetry] protestors loot, set fires in Cincinnati

Timothy Thomas was shot and killed by Stephen Roach, a Cincinnati
police officer, apparently because he was wanted for such crimes as
not wearing a seatbelt.  CNN and other news sources are leading this
story today with accounts of the "violent" protests that have resulted
from this incident.
