[Newspoetry] tech notes

Hello,

I've just retooled the newspoetry indexes for subject and form so that
they are each just a single page, not requiring a reload for
multi-poem subjects or forms.  This is more consistent and easier to
cache and mirror.  It may result in those indexes being large to
download.  Everyone please let me know if you like / don't like the
change.
