Could this make less sense?

Here's Ashcroft's new bill of rights

1. A completely unregulated Militia, being somehow inexplicably
necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people,
including suspected terrorists, to keep and bear Arms, shall not be
infringed.

2. Congress shall make no law. The Executive branch, however, can go
nuts prohibiting the free exercise of religion; abridging the freedom
of speech, and of the press; and the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
In this current situation we all have to be very careful and watch
what we say, right Ari?
