[Newspoetry] "Carnivore" renamed

I really think something like HAL 9000 (or something like HAL 007) has a
warmy, fuzzier feel to it. It is obvious that the FBI doesn't have much
experience with warm, fuzzy feelings.

And doesn't DCS just stand for "Digital Carnivore System" anyway?
