dubya's message to his three million houseguests

you are a guest in my house
you may scrub my floors
and cook my food
and wash my clothes
and do all the unpleasant work
in keeping my house

you may not eat
a morsel of food
or sleep
between reeking sheets
or clothe
your frostbitten back
without paying more
than i have allotted you
for your backbreaking labour

and the day
you know my tongue
and the day
you feel at all comfortable
taking baby steps
toward my american dream

i'm turning you out
of my house
and trading you
for one of your countrymen
