concocted a fable
that usa energy
coffers are stable

(on 7-16-01, Ari Fleischer remarked in a press briefing that "President
Bush thinks the best course of the nation is to stay steady and true, to
have a stable, comprehensive policy that allows america to develop its
energy resources, so we can have more energy independence."  on an only
somewhat related note, Hufflepuff house is where the devoted, albeit not
always so bright, students at Hogwarts--the school depicted in the Harry
Potter books--live.)
