For those newspoets not in Urbana, where this project has its origins, I
wanted to say that the Urbana Indy Media center has started a print
newspaper in which they are running newspoems. You can subscribe to the
paper by paying $25 for 12 issues, and then if your poem is printed you
will automatically get a copy. Something like that will make your mom real
proud. Contact imc-print at urbana.indymedia.org for details.

However, for those newspoets in Urbana, I wanted to issue an erratum.
The aforementioned journal published my newspoem "You Never Thanked the
Poor" (and I'm genuinely flattered) without its stanza breaks,
presumably as a space-saving measure, which I can understand. White
space is cheap on the Web, even though we get the term from print. But
since the stanza breaks are essential to an understanding of the piece, I
wanted to include them here.

So, the exact stanza breaks from the poem are as follows:

Thank you very much.

William
