i cannot say that i can yet dismiss
the (put position of the public here)
for reasons such as (just insert a list
of nebulous supporting reasons here)
(committee x) is planning a review
to make sure no decision made is rash
so until that report is finished you
can rest assured (position) isn't trashed
but in this spirit bush does not agree
that anyone can safely take this stand
for (vague conflicting list) could as well be
the thing (committee x) will recommend--
majority may take (side) without doubt;
i neither rule it in nor rule it out
