	          Helping Make Foreign Policy Today!

Dear Citizen,
	
To all of you in the Greater North American area, we extend this special
invitation to celebrate our place in the war on drugs.  Our Fourth of July
Freedom Celebration will include a parade, evening entertainment (coca
filed spraying, aerial surveillance, and discrete jungle warfare), and
fireworks.

Our efforts are funded entirely by government contracts, involuntary
citizen contributions, and business contributions.  Even though our
government contracts run into the billions, to produce your fun-filled
day of events, we need to raise approximately $75,000,000,000.00.

Very simply, we ask that you contribute to our bottom line with a donation
of your own.  Please help us continue the fine tradition of military
privatization!  Your financial contribution will help keep a few old
geezers making $100,000 tax-free in Colombia and Peru very, VERY happy.
