Bill Maher, my favorite intellectual flyweight, arguing on "Politically
Incorrect" last night that the Emmies should have been held as usual (I'm
paraphrasing just a bit): "Our brave soldiers have stepped forward and are
doing their job.  Our police officers and firefighters stepped forward and
did their jobs.  We should step forward and do our jobs, which is entertaining!"
