It's a newspoem, included as an attachment in MS word format. Here's
the text (there are some ms-specific ellipsis characters I'm leaving
out but you get the idea)

LETTER TO THE EDITOR

			WorldView

Why and how could this happen?
Death and fear and innocent life lost.
We hear the leaders call for retribution
This "faithless coward" will not destroy us!
Children cry at the loss of parents..
Parents cry at the loss of children
Will there be comfort?
We are called to bow heads.salute..to pledge that our people are great in spite of this.
Let us remember then, all the lives lost because of disrespect for another's culturelives lost in an effort to change the flow of historylives lost for NO GOOD REASON!
Let us remember then all the innocent lives lost:
In south america..in chile..peru.colombia
In central americain nicaragua.guatemala.el salvador.
In the middle east...in iran...in cyprus...in iraq..in palestine
In asiain bangladeshin east timorin burmain sri lankain indochina..
On the continent of africaon our very own soil before it was ours.
So many voices cry in sad refrain for resolution.to stop the suffering and loss of innocent life!
A war is raging against the poor and powerlessbut as the desperate seek and now have found a way to retaliate.the symbols of oppression..wealth..and military power fall.and more innocent suffer!
Yet those who will lead 'our' nation have not faced the mirror and seen the reflection!
We are the TAKERS.
We must begin the difficult task of facing our own role in world events.
We must listen to the voices"all the world's voices"
And learn that in order to survive.. we citizens of the united states must begin to LEAVE behind more than we TAKE from the world!
