[Newspoetry] GWI currently estimated at 7.5

I've invented something called the GWI, the George W. Index.
It is how many times more complex the current situation is
than George W. Bush can handle. 

I estimate that at the moment, the world situation is
about 7.5 times more complex than anything GW can 
understand or handle.
