The Swedish WORLD UTOPIA CHAMPIONSHIP is a heated match involving two
rival newspoets. The one who designs the least competitive society will
emerge victorious, having CLOBBERED her opponent.

Seriously, though, a competition is a highly dubious framework for
imaginative social reform, given that any desireable society will be
constructed cooperatively by its many inhabitants. But, on the positive
side, the competition and voting is open to the public, and I just don't
know of that many Web-based utopia projects. Better a Utopia Competition
than no Utopia at all.
