[Newspoetry] newspoetry revenues adjusted up

Our accounting firm is announcing that Newspoetry has made a profit this
quarter of 20 newspoems, meaning that it expects to make it through March
4th without any disruption in service. The value of a newspoem against the
dollar, however, has begun to fall due to this flush in supply. Analysts
fear that NPEP (the cartel of Newspoetry Producing and Exporting Poets) may
cut production in order to offset this trend, but Newspoetry CEO Joe "Ken"
Futrelle is upbeat, noting that past questionable accounting practices,
such as counting each stanza as an entire poem, have been stamped
out. "Newspoetry expects to remain the leader in the 24-hour web-based
current-events poetry cycle," he said today in an admittedly prosaic statement.
