I got an offer where I can give newspoets free email addresses at 
yourname at associatedpoets.org.

I don't know if it's any good.  It'll probably have banner ads and stuff, 
but they also say they provide POP3 access which will be banner-free but 
may involve spam.  Anyway, I'm trying it out because free is a pretty good 
price.  I'll send out links this evening to the site where people can sign up.
