[Newspoetry] server status update

Hello Newspoets,

The server has been moved.

In internet-speak, all that remains is for its new IP address to be 
propogated to the DNS (Domain Name Service) network.  This can take as many 
as two or three days, depending on where your DNS server is located on the 
network.

Until then, newspoetry will be, unfortunately, inaccessible.
