Good question (also for the FAQ!)

My CGI is your CGI.  The NP server is running Apache on Redhat Linux 6.1, 
with Perl 5.x and some old clunky form of servlet support as well for all 
you Java types.  Scripts in Perl, C, and C++ are welcome.  I don't have 
Python, but that's easily installed.  So have at it.

SSI is enabled.

I can twiddle the server parameters to some extent if necessary to support 
people's server-side needs.
