This poem is dedicated to our government's holdback of smallpox 
vaccinations:

Ode to Typhoid Mary

Tim Tuberculosis times his tokens tacitly
Salmonella Sam sautés surreptitiously
Hantavirus Hannah hosts at late night hot spots
Anthrax Arnie arranges airborne awards at airports
Syphilis Sadie saunters her specialty
Herb Hepatitis habituates hangouts
Bubonic Plague Barry boasts about his benefactions
Chlamydia Donald chooses his charitable donations well
Gonorrhea Gilbert goes with the flow
Chickenpox Corina contributes continuously
and Nelly Necrotizing Fasciitis facilitates her favors feverishly.
But the best critter crusade of causative agents for al-Qa'ida 
convictions may be a
 
slender army of smallpox suicide bombers who serve souvenirs 
simultaneously...
