Hey, Im Rebecca, im 16 (from Scotland) and know a bit about politics. I am not naive and i write poetry everyday. I'd appreciate if you could publish my small contribution and effort :-)

Hands Of Blame

We have our weapons
We spare our blood
We cant lose
The dignity of every star
It drives me on
Where will our children play?
Will we have the answers?
A resolution etched in ammunition
Should we burn holes in this map?
Please sign the petition
The voices of mine and yours
We need to wash the hands of blame
We'll tell the kids it was never our fault
Join hands and yell at the powers that be
Nothing travels in your breath
We are useless
