[Newspoetry] time to start newspoetry up again

... not as before, but in a new easier-to-manage format.

the occasion: war with Iraq.

Newspoetry is needed now more than ever if for no other reason than
to keep me from going batty.

I have some (admittedly clunky) blog software up and running on the
Newspoetry server.

I want to start a blog for newspoetry specifically on the war.

Poems will be posted whenever I get a relevant one and get around to
posting it, rather than one per day.

I may be able to set it up so that committed poets can also post to
the blog themselves thereby saving me the trouble. But I won't open
it up to just anyone.

I know the UCIMC is working on these kind of capabilities but it is
tangled up in committees and the war is about to start.

I'll post URLs when I get it set up
