When Donald Rumsfeld was asked
who was in charge of interrogation at Abu Grhaib
he was silent

He then said that the
Defense Department
was investigating

Which means that he knows and doesn't want to say
or he doesn't know and can't quite admit it
which means he's guilty of either omission or commission

And while the question of guilt hangs over Rumsfeld's head
a plastic garbage bag covers the face of a naked man
in a three by three cell

Because no matter what happens to Donald Rumsfeld
Abu Ghraib
is still open for business
