It's an implied right,
and historically correct:
you can challenge a foe,
to an affair of honor,
invite a duel,
to shoot it out,
if your foe is no coward,
no man lacking honor.

Aaron Burr shot Hamilton,
deader then a door nail,
on the field of honor,
but what was it all about?

Was it honor or a woman?
Does it matter?
Hamilton's dead,
and Burr lived on,
to betray his nation.

Genius died,
villany triumphed,
is this not natural.

The second amendmnt is the law
that recognizes personality,
in the right to oppose,
for any reason, or none,
by force of arms,
all other wills.

Liberty has no higher expression,
than this, the right of arms.
