Worse, yet -- I have noticed a distressing tendency in some government web sites, such as ones relating to FAFSA, on which I am working this morning for Ben, to have direct links that jump you, without any express warning, to private market suppliers of goods or services.  On one page, you'll be reading the official government statement, and then on the linked page, you'll be byte-n by pi.rates of hi rates.
