[Newspoetry] criminally stupid

I humbly propose a new category of criminal behavior. I think a whole class 
of the "criminally stupid" would be found appropriate for immediate 
incarceration. When an individual is so stupid that they represent a clear and immediate 
danger to themselves or others they should be locked up in protective custody. 
Under this classification the President and several cabinet and agency heads 
would be necessarily confined, to protect the citizens of not only this 
nation, but the world in general. 
Their incompetence is more than appalling, and has reached the level of 
criminal behavior.
