Don't know where, don't know when?

Explanations nil on where all these years this picture has been?

Cropped out nearlly all identifying information?

Even the mystery location?

Photographed by who[sic]?

The enigma again just grew - could it be you?

Indeed this 'magnificent thrity-seven -

Only the utmost divine leaven -

No doubt this picture is pure manna from heaven?
