Why does Al Quida need to be involved? The U.S. has pissed off so many who 
have access to these missiles that by the way DOD gave to them that any one 
could be responsible. Then you can get them on the open weapons market 
anyway. All you need is a credit card.

and of course lots have been stolen form the U.S. military and other country 
military too according to actual munitions reports.   and how about make your
